Сustom made tomahawk "Ogun"
The Ogun Tactical Tomahawk Axe is a purpose-built tool that bridges combat-grade performance with outdoor versatility. Its high-carbon steel head is heat-treated for maximum edge retention, while three hardened spikes pierce, pry, and breach with authority—giving you reliable power for throwing drills, back-country camping, survival tasks, and even SWAT-level entry work. A balanced profile and ergonomic handle let the axe fly true and swing clean, whether you’re clearing brush, field-dressing game, or splitting kindling. Tribal laser engraving across the head and shaft adds a bold signature look that stands out on any gear wall without compromising grip or durability. From hunting trips to emergency kits, the Ogun tomahawk is the all-in-one companion that keeps you prepared for every adventure and every challenge.
Ogun Tactical Tomahawk Specs
Cut from 8 mm AISI 1065 high-carbon steel, the Ogun Tactical Tomahawk delivers 52-56 HRC toughness and a 25-30° axe bevel that lets its 2.36-inch edge punch through sheet metal without chipping. A hardened spike adds breaching power. Compact yet forceful—14.06 in, 2.03 lb—it packs light for camping, hunting, or rescue. The walnut handle improves grip over time and accepts custom laser engraving.
Hand-Sharpened Edge Precision
Every Ogun tomahawk is finished on the grinder by a craftsman, not a machine. As sparks fly, the smith tunes the bevel by eye and feel, dialing in the exact angle for a razor-keen, chip-resistant edge that slices cleanly through wood, rope, or sheet metal. This manual process guarantees uniform sharpness across the blade and spike, preserves the 52-56 HRC temper, and delivers a tool that’s ready for mission-critical performance the moment it leaves the bench.
Skeletonized Full-Tang Power – Hand-Pinned, Weight-Optimized Design
The Ogun’s skeletonized full-tang body runs the entire 14-inch length, giving you unbreakable strength with no weak points while strategic weight-reduction cutouts keep the tomahawk agile for fast swings and precision throws. Heavy-duty steel pins lock the walnut scales tight to the 8 mm AISI 1065 core, creating rock-solid, rattle-free construction that won’t loosen under recoil or vibration. Every tomahawk is handmade, hand-pinned, and individually balanced by our craftsmen, so you get a perfectly tuned tool that feels custom-fit the moment you grip it—ideal for tactical breaching, survival, or back-country camping.

Personalized Walnut Scales – Custom Laser Engraving

Our laser service etches crisp logos, initials, unit crests, or rune art directly into the walnut handle scales for a durable, burn-in finish that won’t fade in the field. Prefer a metal mark? On request, we can engrave the AISI 1065 steel head. Add a name, date, or graphic to turn this high-performance tool into a one-of-a-kind gift or branded team gear.
Hand‑Molded Kydex Sheath – Rugged, Low‑Profile Protection
Each sheath begins as a sheet of .080″ tactical‑grade Kydex that’s heat‑formed around the Ogun’s exact silhouette for a rattle‑free fit you can trust on patrol, in camp, or at the range. The edge‑sanded smooth for snag‑free draws and quiet re‑holstering. Weatherproof, maintenance‑free, and hand‑finished one at a time, our Kydex sheath keeps your tomahawk protected, secure, and instantly ready for action, no matter the climate or mission.
Handmade Leather Sheath
Cut from thick, vegetable‑tanned cowhide, this sheath wraps the Ogun tomahawk in silent, slip‑free protection. Solid rivets lock every seam, while a snap‑secure strap keeps the blade firmly in place. Finished with natural oils for weather resistance.
Dual Tomahawk Wall Mount
Showcase your blades like artwork. This steel bracket spreads into a secure “V,” letting you hang two Ogun tomahawks in a dramatic crossed display while keeping each handle scratch‑free and instantly accessible. Pre‑drilled holes make wall installation quick, and the low‑profile blackened finish blends with any décor—from modern office to rustic cabin.
Plywood Display & Gift Box
Level up your set with a laser‑cut case that doubles as a gift box and wall‑mount shadow frame. An engraved Native‑American pattern across the lid adds tribal flair, while felt lining and a leather strap hold the tomahawk scratch‑free. Brass hangers let you mount it in minutes, turning your blade into wall art. Slim interlocking panels protect during transit yet keep the display sleek—ideal for collectors, gifting, or safe storage.

To maintain your hammer's longevity, periodically apply boiled linseed oil to both the handle and the hammerhead. It's natural for wooden handles to break sometimes. However, by oiling and being cautious with the hammer-handle connection, such as avoiding dropping it on its handle, you can prolong its life. Refrain from hitting hard surfaces with the hammer, as metal-on-metal contact can lead to dents and potentially hazardous chipping.
If the hammer's face shows signs of wear over time, you can refresh its appearance using a Trizact belt and a buffer. This will keep it looking neat and polished.
